Step 1: Cleanse

Cleansing is the foundation of any effective skincare routine, especially when addressing hormonal changes during pregnancy. With breakouts, sensitivity, and dryness all in the mix, keeping skin clean and balanced was Kristyn’s first step to calmer, clearer skin.
