Refund policy

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email info@skinician.com prior to sending your parcel back. Our Customer Care Team will approve your return and give you a reference number.

We recommend that you return using a tracked service and keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable.

If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the date we receive your package, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

60-Day Product Guarantee

If you feel your new Skinician products are not right for your skin type, we will happily replace your product with a more suitable match provided it is before 60 days have passed since you placed your order. 

Simply send our customer service team an email at info@skinician.com with the following details:

  • The name of the product/s you ordered
  • Why they are not suitable for your skin
  • Your contact telephone number

A member of our team will then contact you via phone to discuss your skin and find a better product fit for you.
