When will my order be dispatched?
If you place your order before 3pm we will dispatch the same day and those after 3pm, the following day. Any orders placed on a Friday after 3pm be dispatched on Monday.
Over bank holidays orders will be despatched from the 1st working day onwards after the holiday.
*During busy periods We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours.
What are my delivery options?
Our delivery options and their rates are as follows:
UK & Northern Ireland
Standard Post (2-3 days) – Free Over £30.00 or £3.95 per order
DPD fully tracked, signature required £4.95 (Next Day to NI, 2 days to UK Mainland)
DPD tracked Standard Post FREE Over £30.00 or £4.95 per order
Europe & Rest of World:
Standard Post £7.95 per order
Rest of World:
Standard Post £9.95 per order
How long should I allow for delivery?
For standard post please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of orders to Great Britain and Northern Ireland and up to 10 working days for delivery of orders to Southern Ireland.
Please allow 15-20 days for delivery of orders to Europe and the rest of the world.
Will I receive notification that my order has been dispatched?
Yes, you will receive an email from SKINICIAN letting you know that your order has been dispatched.
Can you ship to a PO box address?
We are currently unable to process orders to a PO Box address.
Please ensure that you supply a delivery where someone will be available to accept your parcel.

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending your parcel back. Our Customer Care Team will approve your return and give you a reference number.
We recommend that you return using a tracked service and keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable.
If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the date we receive your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
IMPORT + EXPORT DUTIES
If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be subject to any import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
The customer agrees that as the importer of the goods they ordered they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received. The customer should also be aware that when shipping internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
