How do I use this foaming cleanser?
We recommend using either Revitalising or Purifying Cleanser as your first cleanse and Pro-Radiance Enzyme Cleanser as your second cleanse.
Cleanse face and neck area once daily, morning or night. Apply one pump of this foaming cleanser with damp hands onto damp skin to create a lather. Massage over the skin in circular movements with fingertips for 30-60 seconds before rinsing with lukewarm water, avoiding the eyes.
Can I use this cleanser daily?
Your skin type will determine the level of exfoliation your skin can tolerate:
If you have very sensitive skin –Please use the cleanser two to three times per week
If you have non-reactive skin (normal/combination) – You can use the cleanser daily as part of your morning or evening skin care routine
What are AHAs?
AHA stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acids. AHAs offer chemical exfoliation as an alternative to physical exfoliation and work to dissolve the bonds between dead skin cells so they can be removed for a smooth, glowing complexion.
Can AHAs be used with retinol?
If you do not have sensitive skin you can use AHA's and retinol together in your skincare routine. However we would advise that you observe what your skin can tolerate, as use of both ingredients together could lead to dryness and irritation. If your skin can tolerate both ingredients, we would recommend either alternating them on different days to help your skin build tolerance or using the Enzyme Cleanser in the morning and retinol in the evening.
Are AHAs good for acne?
AHAs are known as one of the best categories of acids for acne prone skin as they are mild exfoliants that reduce the appearance of post-acne pigmentation and remove pore-clogging debris such as dead skin cells and excess sebum. Incorporating our Enzyme Cleanser with AHAs into your routine will leave your skin feeling clean and looking clearer.
Will I still need to use an exfoliator in my skincare routine if I use this Enzyme Cleanser?
Our Enzyme Cleanser is a multifunctional product that fits easily into your skincare regime as it cleanses the skin whilst providing exfoliation. There is no need to use a physical exfoliator alongside our Enzyme Cleanser but if you still enjoy the feeling of a physical exfoliant, we advise leaving two to three days between exfoliants.
