First up is fatty fish:

Fatty fish is an amazing source of Vitamin E, an important anti-oxidant for your skin. It is essential in protecting your skin against damage from free radicals and inflammation. Fatty fish is also rich in omega 3 fatty acids. These help to keep your skin thick, supple and moisturised. 

Number 2 is everyone's favourite, avocado:

This genius fruit has quickly become a favourite amongst skincare enthusiasts. They are high in healthy fats that aid hugely keeping skin flexible and moisturised. 

Number 3 is sweet potatoes:

Sweet potatoes are a great source of beta-carotene. Beta-carotene functions as a provitamin A, which means it can be converted into vitamin A in your body. It acts as a ‘natural kind of sunblock’ by protecting skin from sun exposure. (Don’t forget that you also need to wear an SPF when you’re in the sun)

Number 4 is brown rice:

Rich in selenium, antioxidants and minerals, this superfood will help to keep your skin soft and smooth. As a complex carbohydrate it can also help to regulate blood sugar levels, this can help to prevent premature ageing.
